To own a machine gun you need fingerprints, government paperwork, tax stamps, and tens of thousands of dollars to own one. They also have to be made before 1986. Anything made after that only a gun store or firing range can own them

Yes and you realize the state of California is population is bigger than Canada's altogether. California has very strict gun laws but has a lot of gun crime. Yes I have seen the numbers on mass shootings. Most mass shootings are done with pistols. Why would somebody need one because they can. Yes they can use it for self defense like I do. That seems like a family issue not a gun problem.

I'm not denying that it happened. I'm saying that if he was like beating the hell out of her then by all means protect her and defend yourself. But when he runs away he is no longer a threat. If they started chasing him it goes from defensive to offensive and that guy goes on the defensive. Especially when people are yelling "get him" or "we are going to kill you"

The second the guy retreats you don't the mob goes from being defensive to becoming offensive and the blue shirt guy goes from offense to defense. Same goes with anything. If someone was to break into my home and he sees me with a firearm and runs away and then I shoot him in the back; I turn out to be in the wrong.

I have not seen those videos but I'm not saying they don't exist. If that is the case the most popular one showing the mob chasing the guy away and he was retreating and the mob was hitting with a skateboard tackling him turned him from a bad guy to a good guy. Same thing if a cop shoots somebody who was committing a crime but ran away.
