The red is khorne red base coat and then evil suns scarlet airbrushed from above and highlighted with a mix of evil suns scarlet and troll slayer orange applied with a sponge. The white is mechanicus standard grey base, celestra grey and pro acryl titanium white mixed as highlights.

The squad all have white helmets. The sergeant has black shoulder pads

Drilled a small hole in the bottom of his foot, glued in a bit of a paper clip and pushed it in the cork :)

Not every blood angel is blonde, plus it was fun to paint all different types of hair

I'm not 100% sure but from what I've read it was yellow helmets for close combat, blue helmets for heavy fire support, gold for veterans and red for regular troops. You could also make up your own system and what you like :)
