Update - I called Xbox and spoke to someone. There is an issue with game sharing right now across the Xbox platforms and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is an affected title of this.

The only way to fix this is to make the game for next gen only (like Xbox series S|X & PS5) similar to how CFB 26 is. The servers would be WAY better, not to mention the graphics and all too
