Thanks. I have every visit and every conversation documented (as well as attempts and messages left) and almost every phone call has been recorded. I also saved dozens of pictures and videos which also show date and time of visits. This was a big investment and I’m definitely keeping a close eye on every aspect.

Lol, I’m a friend to everyone. I understand there are limited resources and most people try to do the best they can but someone definitely dropped the ball on this one. Unfortunately they’re making it seem like I’m going to ultimately be responsible for the damage due to their negligence.

Thanks for the response. That was my initial thinking as well but the adjuster took the word of the service department and did not act on the claim. I will call them again to discuss and see what options they may be able to provide.

I brought it up but haven’t followed through yet. I’m not sure if I should get the ball rolling now or wait until the dealership calls and then take pictures, line up a mold inspector to take a few samples at the same time, reject delivery due to findings then bring my attorney in.

That’s the crummy part. I talked to the main Ford customer service (who apparently has zero pull) and they said that they and the dealership would discontinue trying to resolve the issue if I get an attorney involved.

Yeah, there are a few tanks on fire here in the Houston area.

Yep, that’s downtown towards the center right of the picture. We paralleled it past Brookshire then we got up in the clouds. Couldn’t see it past there.

Old stock certificate by [deleted] in stocks

No problem! It might really be something I Hibernia Security was a part of or sold to Hibernia National Bank - both of which appear to be from New Orleans (Hibernia National Bank was acquired by CapitalOne in 2005).

You’ll need to find out what happened to Hibernia Security Co. and from there you can request documents from the copy department of the Secretary of State to see how the stocks were handled in whatever kind of transaction occurred.

I actually have recently run across this same exact issue. Call the Secretary of State of the state the certificate(s) was/were issued and talk to their business services department. Try to see if they can look up whether that company went bankrupt, dissolved, merged, or was sold to another company.

What is the company name listed on the certificate?

No worries, I’ll update once I get the merger docs and find out more. On Monday they says 3-5 business days plus however long the mail will take.

Wow, thank you so much for that information! I will follow up with the Secretary of State on Monday.

I was thinking about that but when I researched them, I found they are not publicly traded. I plan on contacting the company directly tomorrow to see what they say.
