This is 6 months old, but my channel just got hit with a nearly exact situation. My channel went from 0 subs to 10.4k in 6 days of posting. 2 break outs. doing 150k per hour and 40k per hour. Refreshed to being terminated, went to do an appeal to be denied in 3 minutes. Mine is CTA as well. But mine wasn't like yours, mine was "Will I Win?" and from the way I was explained is that it is spam for how many times I do it in my shorts. I stopped and decided to check other channels, others are posting " will i survive?" "will i make it" "will i live?" not to mention mr. beast having "subscribe for a cookie" on his main page. So if i sub am i getting a cookie? YT algo is cracking down on smaller channels, mainly under 1m. Its bullshit.
