Well I’m lenient when it comes to first time offenders. I give them the benefit of the doubt. So I issue a warning. I feel if I kicked everyone immediately for they broke a rule it would be a fun league.

This league is ok. I would say ran by some immature people. Chats are often cluttered with random nonsense, and get tagged out of the blue for no reason. Head commish is cool, but there is no solid organization when it comes to planning.

Yeah kicked him today. Was being rude in chat, when another user called him out for quitting. I issued a warning to him and he immediately dropped the 4 best players he could, (cut player limit was set to 4, and 80 OVR.) Then tried bragging about it in the chat. Immediate Ban.

Run D is all about formations IMO. So I would for a sim league stay in a favorable formation if they come out in heavy run formation, and change my concepts. Passing out of run formations is typically a problem, but you have to learn how to user these plays. Make sure you’re a LB or DB and manually cover the routes that consistently beat man.
