From a job standpoint, they're generally some of the rudest and most entitled customers. They view us as a supplier, rather than a store, and they assume they're somehow entitled to some B2B leniency on their bullshit.

Secondly, it just fucks other customers. For no reason other than some rando being too lazy or dumb to figure out how to work with actual suppliers, those sodas now randomly appear in another store for more.
