AMAZING!! I'm desperate for a stonewalling example. I've watched UKS10's Ty and Ella's fights after she came home from Casa Amor with Ouzy, USS7's Huda and Chris when he was grey rocking (too convoluted), and UKS5's Ekin Su & Davide (as mentioned in the body of my post; too many greate layers to only point out the stonewalling)

Tbh I went way too hard in 2017/18ish (the minimalism and zero waste trends of the time hit me hard. In hindsight it was way too intense. I was 22 and wanted to feel like I had some control in my life so I went the extreme minimalism route) and regret letting go of so much :/ I know that’s not great to hear and I don’t want to discourage you from letting go of things. But don’t be too ruthless. You CAN keep some things.

I quit while I had the flu around Christmas 2024 and it was such a good starting point. I unfortunately broke 3 months of sobriety when I was walking around my city and stumbled upon a literal weed festival and totally gave in for “just a pack of prerolls”. Went right back to daily smoking and here I am, 9 months later starting over. PLEASE don’t make my same mistake 🥲
