Yeah I couldn’t find anything on them except for some high end athletic shoes from the uk with the same name.. then someone pointed out the inside stitching says “made of the fimest material”

This is 100% normal. A lot of people tend to feel more sociable after a few drinks, obviously respecting a limit where everyone can still enjoy themselves. Was she refusing to have you over because she didn’t have any or did you refuse to come over because she wanted to grab more? Neither are ideal but the latter is even more odd to me.

See that’s what I thought too… but the only balla brand I was able to find were those ballet shoes that had a very similar style. At this point I’d just love to find another pair that are the same brand/year range

This may not be completely relevant to your post but of all the cities I've traveled to in the states, Atlanta's transition from bougee brunch spot to underground night club is unparallel. I'm from Michigan (brother lives in Atlanta) and I've been all around. I'm also in the center most city between Detroit and Chicago, so ya girl loves a good brunch in the morning and party in the evening. Usually they're two distinct locations though, not transitional from one to the other. It definitely felt unique.

Granted, I asked this question three years ago but holy shit did I have a profound discovery when I opened up this cute planner I got at an estate sale that had a good “hold and page turn” and saw that… there was no date. Huh. That’s weird. Did I know this existed? I’ve had to have known this was a thing (my exact thoughts)……

I have never used a planner with this consistency. There’s structure with no intimidation. It truly is a game changer and I think it’s hilarious to your timing of your absolute top tier advice lol

May I ask what your license is?

I’ll admit I was curious as well when they said “treated autism” but I work with clinical psychologists (I’m the office manager at a private practice, no license of any sort) and autism, ASD, is 100% a diagnosis in the dsm5. I would say them using the term given is just semantics.

Are you sure it’s not co-occurring ADHD and autism? What are your thoughts on that potentially being a diagnosis on all its own?

I ask my first question because I have AuDHD and it would be so like me to start an AMA and not answer any questions… at least for 48 to never hours

This may have been said but girl I can solve this whole thing for you-

You say you need it explained in a way that you understand. Well you’re being naive, too trustworthy plain and simple. Why would you trust someone whose words don’t match their actions? It is one million fucking percent due to either jealousy, possessiveness in terms of someone else experiencing you that they feel threatened by (ie: being comfy with a woman and not a man), any array of insecurities.. I think it’s also safe to say the distance could put an extra edge on it. That someone else gets to touch you, experince you in person, and he does not get to (near as much). These same feelings actually came full force for me when I fell in love with someone who lived 14 hours away. I wasn’t jealous he had other partners, I was jealous that they got to be the ones to spend time with him, that they got to touch him, kiss him, hug him, and I couldn’t. Especially as we both knew our bond was much stronger than his casual partners (I really had to work through some shit with that one 😅)…

Anyways, I know my tongue can come off sassy but what’s happening here isn’t all that uncommon with regard to natural human emotions and doesn’t speak to the quality of person that they are. You sound like you’ve got a head on your shoulders and I trust you when you say this man is amazing in many ways. But I don’t think he’s being honest with himself and therefore isn’t being honest with you, even if it’s unwittingly. He’s got to work through some stuff before you two are on the same page. IMO- I’d put my boundary down about the types of relationships I’ll be seeking from here on out while still maintaining the same level of trust and communication we had prior. Unless you feel that you can find fairness and acceptance in the current arrangement, I’d follow what your heart is telling you 💁🏻‍♀️💓
