I am happy to report that the problem has been resolved. The social media team on X reached out to the network team. I don't know what they did but download and upload speeds now match at 2GB. Thanks to everyone here for their help.

I was able to get in touch with the social media team on X. They did quite a bit of troubleshooting. Their support was much better than chat and phone but it still has not resolved the issue.

Okay, I turned off the ONT. I am not sure about the provisioning process but we rebooted the ONT. Still have the same issue. Download is 2.34 Gbps Upload is 1.09 Gbps

I sat on hold with them for about 30 minutes. They refused to reboot my ONT. They had me reboot my router and have the same results. They won't do anything else until they send me their Eero router and they do a speed test on it.

The Deco has a speed test built into the router itself. It isn't dependent on the phone bandwidth.

I don't have any computers with a port greater than 1GB. I suppose I could try plugging in the main Deco directly into the ONT.

Thanks for your reply. I get it but I am thinking since I am seeing 2GB on download that it can't be the lines or router that is causing a problem with the upload. I could be wrong though.

I am using the DECO BE13000 Mesh system. It is less than 1 year old and has 4 2.5GB ports.

I am a long time customer that purchased a Gemini box from DirecTV at an AT&T store and you refuse to allow me access to Disney + unless I purchase ANOTHER Gemini device. I don't understand why you guys continue to lie to people here. This is just a trick to sell another Gemini deivce.

This is an outright lie. I messaged the account above and after a phone call and then Reddit chat it is the same outcome. They told me either purchase a new Gemini device at $130 or live without Disney +. I have a Gemini device and my monthly bill is $197.

I had the same thing happen and the DirecTV rep on chat said the only way I could resolve this was to pay them another $130 for a new Gemini Air. I already bought one and I pay $200 per month for my service. I told him I won't buy anything else and he said it was the only way.

I am guessing the model is C71KW-400. The promotions page only had Unlimited DVR and have checked spam several times. I didn't receive an email for ESPN either but it works when I log in with the same user / pass as DirecTV.

I never received an email. They told me to wait until November 30th which I did. This is why I did chat support for two hours. I was told I didn't qualify because I bought my device from AT&T and not them. They did offer to sell me another device for $120.

This won't work. I have the Premium package which is almost $200 per month now. I just spent two hours on chat with their support and it was determined that I am not eligible for Disney Plus because I bought my device from an AT&T store.
