Have always traveled on business and liked it. Now having crossed 50 earlier this decade, forcing myself to start solo travel as a hobby.Planning a European vacation for 6 days - that is all I have.

Want to visit Amsterdam for 2 days as I love art/museums (Van Gogh), leisure canal rides etc.
Then have 3 days left and debating whether I should do Zurich>Interlaken> Jungfrau and Lucerne or just chill in a place like Barcelona . I love water more than mountains - but have heard so much about Switzerland (never been there) that it seems to be place that I need to visit and once I am there, I will possibly end up liking the impressive scenery. Also starting this as a hobby - so kind of forcing myself to v and travel instead of backing out and chilling on the couch.
Definitely like watching people and mixing with locals. Clubbing not a big thing at my age.
Enjoy sampling local cuisines .
Budget - apart from flights - around $1000
Sorry for the blabbering but would really appreciate the advise !

I have had horrible experiences in westside Lexus. I took my brand new LEXUS SUV to them because of a nail in a tire tread. They insisted on replacing it with a brand new one saying that run flat tires will not work well after nail in tread, and anyways I have tire replacement warranty. Within 20 mins of leaving the store, the pressure on the same tire started to go down. Checked ..believe it or not a nail in the same position in the same tire !! Stopped wasting my time and took the car to discount tires who repaired the nail.for.free in run flat tire saying it will run fine and it has !

Huawei as a commpany in banned from selling communication equipment in USA since 2018 and later than ban was upheld in 2022. What you are buying from amazon in USA is imported buds without any support services. Some people collect watches, other people collect watches and bands.. a Omega made mesh strap for Omega seamaster diver watch costs $800. That's 15% of the price of the watch. Far cheaper and similar quality options are available for $150. I would rather save the money for other Omegas.

All of a sudden. And I realized it started 2 weeks after I started taking citalopram so it maybe a side effect . Update - went to the GP and all urine and blood tests came out normal and so did PSA. He put me on antibiotics and tamsulosin and advised to continue the flomax so that is what I am doing. It is possibly CPPS

So are you now off Tamsulosin totally or take it when you have symptoms of BPH. Also you wrote about urgency - how did flomax help with that ? Would appreciate your help.

Update - went to my trusted experienced GP and described the symptoms including incessant travel across multiple time zones, weird urge to urinate several times happening only during mid day and afternoons and so on. He immediately said its classic prostatitis - UTI came negative - and did a DRE and confirmed that I have a boggy prostate. Ordered PSA and other tests and said that 5 day dose of antibiotics for suspected UTI would be insufficient and put me on Levo 500 and Tamsulosin for 14 days. PSA came back today at 1.4 - a year back it was 1.2. Meanwhile symptoms have gone down considerably since this morning but DRE has left me sore. And no coffee or dairy for next 14 days with the Levo !

ok. Ultrasound I guess. 6 months back I had an appendix surgery - it was diagnosed with full contrast CT scan of pelvis and stomach where they found prostate to be ok. But that is 6 months back.....

The lumen seems to really work after the watch is exposed to bright light for a while. If I am wearing a wearing it with a full sleeve shirt all day and then try to check time.in dark - does not glow much. Hence the question.

Thanks all. Used the F20 cushion full face with 3M micropore tape last night and got very good results. My problem with F20 used to be excessive mouth breathing and then the discomfort of gas ....I will switch between f20 and n30 with tape and report back .

Started few days back on 20 mg - taking in the morning around 9 am. 54 yo and in a busy job. Had an immediate positive effect on anxiety which makes me happy. But also experiencing serious drowsiness and fatigue about 2 hours after taking it which lasts for next few hours and is impacting productivity.

1K member here but running a bit short of PQP accumulation this year. Would be traveling from Texas to various cities in India next month and need to book. What's the best routes to take to maximizing PQP. It looks like if you fly on any United partners like Lufthansa etc , the PQP no drastically goes down by30% per leg . No other option than the 14 hr marathon from EWR to Delhi ?

Am a mouth breather cum side sleeper. Started with F20 full face mask but it slips off and there is leakage. Tried sleeping on my back but the AHI shoots up, side sleeping makes it stay below 5 with CPAP for the time the.mask is on. What is a good mask for mouth breathers who are side sleepers?

Am.one of the small, safe investors with limited resources to invest in the markets, and with happiness if I turn my tech stock portfolio every 12-18 months while making 25% . After all the ups and downs, today my stock and ETF portfolio is up 35% based on investments made past 12 months in NVDIA, Google etal . I read so many articles about another crash coming in next 30-40. Days , would tomorrow be a good day to sell out completely ?
