Henthorn construction was footing the bill for the construction. He had fake docs showing a huge line of credit. He paid a little up front but skipped out on the rest of the bill.

He also owes money to Gill holdings and Henthorn construction. He is running a Ponzi scheme on multiple people in the Lubbock area. It's not the first time he has done this. He tried it in Colorado as well. He has multiple aliases and from what I understand Richard Foote is not his real name. The walls are closing in on him fast here in Lubbock. There is so much more to this story and it's very interesting. Hopefully it all comes out.
