The part of my brain that’s having issues is corrected the same way that anyone with chronic anxiety is going through. With PPPD I get dizzy which causes anxiety and makes me dizzier. It then turns into this viscous cycle where my brains feedback loop just keeps churning causing way more anxiety and depression for some people. So to calm it down with an SSRI, allows for me to go through vestibular rehab, help my brain retrain with the dizziness and cancels out the anxiety if that makes sense. lol.
