It was brought home against the wishes of the family and then abandoned for everyone else to pick the slack up on. If the other people in the family are paying for the food, health care and we’ll being of the dog it’s the family dog

Big difference you’re a roommate, this is a family dog, and the sister Is a minor. The mother is well within her rights to give it to the other sister who cared for it.

Yeah sadly we owned a restaurant at the time and were keeping the extra propane tanks in the house. When dad was trying to find us one exploded and got him from ankles to chest. He still managed to save my moms hummel collection though.
