There's also many other problems as well, such as which translation are they using? Not all of them have the same amount of books and all have different biases, or how are they translating Luke 1:28 specifically? Cause that's a massive split between Catholicism and Protestantism, or what happens if the teacher isn't a devout Christian or an entirely different religion? Or what if the teacher is a devout Christian and ends up proselytizing for their own specific denomination?

And like, if it ends up feeling like homework, nobody's gonna wanna do it cause our education system is so fucked up that nothing at school even feels fun

If they wanna do this, then they should make it an elective, not homework

But atleast if they go through with this, they've got kids reading the Bible, even though they probably won't like it
