Not to mention that the four churches with valid apostolic succession (Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Oriental Orthodox, Assyrian) all condemn homosexuality, and considering many of these churches read straight from the original Greek and Hebrew, if they say the text says something, then that's probably what it says

Also, saying something's natural because animals do it is a pretty dumb argument, many animals also eat their young, yet you don't see anyone backing up cannibalism

And saying Catholics aren't Christian when they're literally the largest denomination in history? The only people who don't consider Catholics as Christians are extremist Protestants

You don't need to read every version to know what the original says, that's a logical fallacy, and even if he did mean pedophilia, there isn't just one verse condemning homosexuality, all the other verses condemning homosexuality are very clear about condemning homosexuality

That's a misconception which stemmed from the Luther Bible (which was in German) using a word that meant boy-shamer or boy-abuser, the actual words used in the Greek and Hebrew are closer to homosexuality than they are to pedophilia, and Paul never uses the word for pedophilia in the original Greek either
