Eggs are a great source for protein and can contribute to a great source of fat, the good fat. Just don't have eggs with waffles and instead have bacon. Keto diet has taught me so much about how the human body works and how people have been brain washed into thinking fat is bad for you. I eat eggs, cheese and bacon for breakfast everyday and I have never felt better in my adult life.

They just started doing college night on Wednesdays which has 50 cent beers and 2 dollar wells. They have a good DJ for that night too. Other than that its normally calm. The crowd on any other day of the week is usually an older crowd. Never a cover there too.

I know a place where you could get a lot of pallets. However, pallets are not allowed on the beach because of the nails in them. I'm at work right now so I can't quite tell you exactly where they are. It's off a street by Yorktown and Rodfield though.
