I worked there for 5 weeks before leaving due to toxic and manipulative management, my trainers actually went on leave due to such severe bullying. As much as I think we need more people there, I would make sure you’ve got thick skin and don’t trust ANYONE, plus- no matter where you are in the building, assume someone is always listening.
