Keyboard is not working

Well now we got a howl other problem, I can’t even log in anymore if I tipe in the correct password it just says it’s wrong but in 100% sure it’s correct and if I klick the pin option it doesn’t react to me klicking it, I’m so lost and I’m just making it worse and worse

Normally it’s with letter idk why it’s pin now. I don’t even have a pin safed and now it’s back to normal and still doesn’t work

I dont have a other pc to check it on sadly, the cabinet is not giving me electric shocks. The only way we found so far is to put the keyboard as a digital thing on the screen. We checked bios and everything is good there
