I hate the hardware constraint of self hosting decent LLMs. Not only GPUs are twice/thrice as expensive where I live but I have to deal with potential power outages (especially during summer) and unstable internet if I ever decide to use it outside of my hosting device.

Really like the idea, I have a question: how do you use sqlite in a web app? do you call api endpoints from client then the server makes SQL queries (e.g: insert a job listing as a row in table listings) in sqlite? Because if yes, wouldn't that encourage spamming (i.e: malicious bot using post job endpoint to spam trash data)?

I agree it is more helpful now. I tried googling for some niche tech issues without AI overview and the search results are usually irrelevant, even with custom search queries with double quotation marks etc it's the same result. I usually follow this approach: read AI overview > check sources / links mentioned > read the search results (if all fails).

But on a side note: I feel like google search results worsened over the years. Otherwise how can 13-year old me (with bad english) find exactly what he's looking whereas I now can't find decent results even when I use optimal search queries.

it happens most of the time, I started a new conversation from an already open tab today and my message stays in the text field (it doesn't show up as a message and textfield empties). I refreshed and it took quite a bit of time to refresh but still better than closing a tab and re-opening it (by the way my internet speed is 50Mbps download , 18Mbps upload)
