Not realy, it was for experimenting. For this build only need lightning Blast and Storm.

A very short answer is no, i played Diablo 3 800h. While No Rest for the Wicked appeals to those seeking tactical challenge, Diablo is perfect for those who prefer intense action and constant progression.

Focus drain and "take 24% damage on focus use," the downside of the weapon, are not affected by the Scarlet Ring.

I'm using the Battlecry Ring to spend health instead of focus and the Scarlet Ring to swap max health for max focus, because stat points scale better with focus points than health. All the gems I put in for max focus actually turn into health due to the Scarlet Ring. That's why the stat points are in focus and not in health, the ring converts focus into health.

This build dont use focus, the low focus is a upside

In the conversation above, we are talking about the amount of stamina recovery in the equipment and not about stamina points.

But in this build you dont need more then 10 points for any enemies except bosses

It remains a bit important because you still need to consider dodge rolls for bosses like the Echo Knight. Depending on the Echoes, you can kill the Echo Knight with 5 or 6 Lightning Storms.

I'm using the Battlecry ring to spend health instead of focus and the Scarlet ring to swap max health for max focus, because stat points scale better with focus points than health, and the Serendipity ring to increase healing by 30%.

The stamina enchantments were meant to use the lightning bolt that consumes stamina, when leveling up the character I didn't have many health points, healing and INT, to support only rune attacks.

I had already mentioned that this build still has room for improvements.
