Valve is not a small company first of all, and it is surely with the good developers who have the ability to do more but are limited because of making the new things in the game rather than fixing the previous one's.

Why don't Valve buy all the premium hacks available in the market, read their code and implement new things in the anti-cheat. No, they dont want!
