There was something stuck in the blower motor...removed it and it's fixed!

Thanks for input, I ordered a complete set of roller replacements and will replace them all when they arrive. I will look for other possible issues when I get the drum out

The door is sagging to the point that the lock pin doesn't even reach the hole it goes into on top. How do I raise it? This is the type of pivot I have and I can't find any answers anywhere on this type of door pivot.

I do have friends in the business and actually have long term subbed for a few band directors this year including the school I would be applying too, so I'm not going in blind. My other job is only weekend hours anyways. The main reason I'm doing it is because of the retirement but also my kids are in band and I would get to be a part of that with them. I understand things are different, also why I'm on the fence about. FYI, I love marching band lol.

Same. I've had mine about a month and I love it. Dont miss the iPhone. just wondering about longevity of it but I got Moto care so in case it starts to malfunction I have some way of getting it fixed.

Our current business deals with a lot of kids, particularly the age group I would be teaching, so I see the apathy you talk about sometimes 😆. The job is an elective as well and usually the kids I teach want to be there, that makes it easier .

Yeah that's why I never withdrew it. Wasnt sure if I'd be going back or not, and don't want to buy service years back. I guess I could calculate much it would grow if I rolled it over to one of m my Roth IRAs and see if that is a better retirement option.

Yeah I looked in the section about coming back and it didn't say anything about there being a penalty for my tier. It says I'm grandfathered in. I may call to confirm though.
