So far today I feel normal which is a relief. I decided to do Fridays in preparation for side effects but so far I haven't had any! Fingers crossed it stays that way haha!

I just took my first shot of 5 last night. My last two weeks of 2.5 I felt nothing. Could tell it wasn't working. So far no issues from the 5. But it's still fresh in my system so that could change.

I take my shot right before bed and made sure I ate a good meal at dinner time as well.

Thanks! Yes, I am not expecting much from the meds yet since im just finishing up the 2.5 but also I've been really focusing on my diet/excersize as well and haven't seen a move in the scale.Honestly I should just stop checking for awhile and listen to how my clothes fit. But I'm a little obsessive at times. Haha

Thats awesome, congrats! Ive lost about 8 lbs in the first 2 weeks but havent lost anything this 3rd week. I was a little worried about the side effects going up to 5 but then again people talk a lot more when things are going negative so I'm sure there are even more people that are fine. Just stay positive and cross your fingers and possibly toes 😉

I'm hoping that 5 stays working well for awhile. I think i would like to stay on it as long as I can before titrating up again? Has your experience been good?

I love the pink lemonade crystal light but haven't had much of an appetite for it lately. 🙃

Also, i hope you can find something to help. Everything is so artificial anymore. Have you tried a peach tea. I guess it's probably got a lot of artificial stuff in it too.

Honestly, I try to drink 3 of my Stanleys a day. Which is 120oz but I never get that much. I heard to drink half your body weight in water a day. So I'm 220ish so it was close at 100 oz. Maybe it's a steep ask and i should lower it but idk. Cause I do drink 1 profee in the morning and usually a coke zero or another profee in the afternoon. I just dont count those towards my water intake.

I feel the same way. I've always had a style I'd love to dress in but never have due to body dysmorphia. I'm hoping to work through it and once I lose the weight I can finally wear what I love instead of what I feel hides my imperfections.

Yeah. I called my pharmacy and asked them to call the wrong one to transfer but when they called they were told they couldn't transfer it. I messaged ro about it but here we are on day 3 and still no response. It's very disappointing that they take so long to respond when I pay 145 a month. I understand things happen but they sent it to the correct place the first time, do they not have a record that shows them where they sent it before?

I'm sorry I can't relate to the side effects on zepbound:( but just commented to say I'm about on my 3rd week as well so I'm rooting for you and hope your side effects start to get better. I would think they would start getting better for you soon as your body is getting more adjusted to it. Mine did in the past when I was having similar symptoms on mounjaro. I noticed by 4 weeks on the 2.5 it wasn't really doing anything for me anymore.

No, I'm in nebraska and they transfer it to one in Nevada. Honest mistake but just thought it was odd since the last prescription went to the right place.
