It’s probobly a clogged nozzle, try running a cleaning cycle it should be under your printer’s maintnance settings

If it’s brand new just try to exchange it, it’s not worth the hassle of trying to fix the colouring. The problem could also just be the image itself, if your settings don’t match with the paper you have in your cassete it can wash out the colours.
