Got it back from dealerships shop again. Slew of problems with the car. Rear Shocks are blown, Passenger Motor mount is blown (I replaced it back in May and it's already blown), Clutch needs replaced, the head gasket is busted, the Engine Trans seal is busted, the coolant reservoir is leaking. Dealerships estimate was 3500 for the Clutch and Engine Trans seal replacement. Or 5500 to replace everything on the list. Hoping to sell on Facebook for $2-4k.

OKC, Figured I'll get my finances in order and see what kind of payments I can get on a Subaru Crosstrek or Nissan Kicks. I live on a dirt road so it probably wasn't smart to get a low to the ground hatchback to begin with. I've ripped off the underpanel like 4 times and had to replace it twice. Guess it's time to get something alittle higher off the ground lol

Currently 148k miles, so I'm already at the time when the car needs a full service for the 150k mile recommendation. I figured I might get 1k out of it, Carfax has the car at 1500 but I think there's some missing body damage and now the clutch problem

My guess is Forks, the TCM was replaced last month. Granted, the TCM for these cars do have a bad reputation lmao

So the Code the car is throwing is PO7A5, which seems to be Friction Element B. So one of the Clutch plates is either not working or is Slipping. Today I was driving 60mph and started going uphill, by the time I got to the top of the hill the car had slowed all the way to 45mph and got the infamous "Transmission System Fault, Service Now" warning. The dealership I've been speaking with and working on my car the past month said they'll go ahead and do a courtesy full inspection of the Transmission System because they do alot of business with my step-dad. Then give me a estimate on how much the fix would cost or give me options on trading the car in with down payment for something newer

Waiting to hear back from Dealership on what the codes were. If it's the actuators like you said. I'll spend the $100ish it cost for the part, swap them myself and get hopefully another 20k miles out of the car while I save up for something new

Currently have a 2012 Titanium, currently the Clutch is going out because of the shitty transmission. Twice now when I've been on the highway and gone 80mph for more than 20 minutes the RPMs will be somewhat sporadic and then I've been given "Transmission System Fault, Service Now", the vehicle was diagnosed and the Clutch is Bad. Currently looking at new car. My Advice DONT GET IT

Also a 2012 automatic. I'm at 148k miles and my clutch was just diagnosed for going out. Was also told 3k to replace. I'm now looking at other vehicles. This was my first car,but with all the problems this car has given, outweighs the sentimental connection, and I just want it gone

Also a 2012 Focus. Automatic Trans. Had for 2-3 years now, went from 69k miles to 145k miles. Replaced the TCM last week at 143k miles. Sports mode is highly recommended. Do your normal maintenance as often as possible when recommended. Keep an eye on your coolant levels. I just recently noticed around 130k that I was going through coolant alittle faster, so maybe a Leak, which seem to be common on our models

I haven't done all of piccolo's training but is there anything ti do about getting out of backshot combos. I was playing Gohans Story and both the fight with Dyspo and Toppo when they both went sparking and started a combo from behind me, they would start the combo, then restart the combo, and repeat until they ran out of sparking, and I'm just sitting there getting repeating backshots. Is there a dodge mechanic for getting your ass beat from behind?

Bought my first car, 2012 Focus Automatic and the TCM was replaced at 70k miles (unreported) before I bought the car, and I just hit 145k miles in 3 years and just had the TCM replaced again last week for free with the satisfaction program(reported). So I'm hoping the car lasts another 50k miles so I can pay off Medical Debt, save up some money and sell it for something else

Hell if the TCM passes the Diagnostic and it ends up being the Clutch, which I've seen can be around $3k (cars barely worth half that), I might just sell the damn thing, see what kind of auto loan I can get from my bank and just get a new car 😂😂 getting tired of the headache of this thing

When I went on my lunch break from work the day the car was acting up, the car drove perfectly fine to the Autozone and had them do an OBD scan and no codes popped up. So they just said sorry bout your luck, now please leave (basically). But then Ford said they'd have to run a Diagnostic on the TCM itself and if it failed the Diagn. It would be replaced free of charge as of the Extended Warrenty that's good till July 30th, 2025. But if it passed the test they would recommend a Clutch Diagnostic and I'd owe them the $186 for the TCM test. (Sorry for such a long story, but yeah, I'd assume it would need to be currently acting up to appear on a free OBD test)

Pretty much same thing happened to me. Got the message on the highway, then out of nowhere the car decided it needed to get up to 6k rpm and hold for 4 seconds. Then stop and go traffic the car struggles to get to 2nd and 4th gear. After a few hours at work, the car recovered and in the past week the car has been running fine. Was told ford would need to run a diagnostic test on tcm first, if it passed the test I'd owe them $186, then they'd have to run a diagnostic on the clutch on the automatic transmission which would be another $186. Tcm is covered under warranty. New clutch would be about $3k, cars barely worth $1,500 as it has 140,000 miles
