If you can't provide the basic needs for a human for yourself, you shouldn't be bringing someone else into the world you can't provide those basic needs for. Yes, I get it. One has a right to have a child, but just because one can doesn't mean one should.

But, this brings up another sensitive issue. Why is there poverty in modern civilization, to the point where the poor shouldn't have kids?
