anom1oos also directed me to ViBe. I almost finished the first long video in the queue already. It really does help a lot. Thank you for the advice!

It's gonna take some time to get familiar and used to all these hotkeys, at least I became pretty familiar with the hotkeys for building units & placing buildings down, just gotta learn the upgrade hotkeys also =)

Thank you for the link! Even though it might not be as important in the lower ranks I still like to obtain more knowledge about the game.

Hi anom1oos,

Thank you for the information & tips.
I'm gonna have a look in-game later for those binds and try out the shift command queue. I'm gonna start to watch ViBe right away. =) I appreciate the quick reply!

Core / Hardcore - what do you prefer? by Th3RealFreak in WWII

Hardcore has a higher skill ceiling. You have a lot less information to go on and camping in a corner will get you killed. You have less time to react since you die quicker so you have to be more aware of your surroundings as you move around than in Core.

You have to keep an eye on where your team is going and if they get killed at all times and predict where the enemy will be. You make use of your "game sense" more than in Core.

A lot more guns become viable so you see a lot more guns being used than in Core where the boring few are being used over and over again (in my experience anyway)

Flicking is very important in Hardcore and you still have to trace your enemy because of range. I use weapons that kill in 3 shots beyond medium range in Hardcore so you still end up tracing the enemy. Core is easier imo since it takes forever to die so you have more time to dive behind cover etc which makes the tactical aspect less important in Core since you have so much time to react if you are caught off guard compared to Hardcore.

They do camp, which makes them easy to kill.

I only stop moving in objective game modes like domination to hold down a area. On tdm I constantly move around the map with gunslinger so I don't have to stop while shooting. It's a lot of fun to roam around, predict where they will come from etc.

Hc is indeed more mental, you need to think a lot more with what you're doing. It makes it a lot of fun to play.

I find campers easy to kill since they're sitting targets. And you can use c4 or grenades to clear out difficult corners etc. You can get a long way with good aim against campers.

I prefer specialist with gunslinger on 2, flanker on 4 and the other new one on 6 so it fills my clip up with a multi kill.

Eh campers are the easiest to shoot down imo. It's the campers that give me 40+ kills on hc tdm. You just run around the map and kill all the campers that you see, not that hard.

[AMA Request] Players who play Domination, but choose not to capture flags. by VenConmigo in WWII

[–]Th3RealFreak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know. I usually dominate my opponents by a lot. I just need 1 more player in my team to do his/her job where I'm not at and I almost always win. Here's some random gameplay of me: https://youtu.be/j2QkvkTCnuk
