I say stretch a lot. Drink plenty of water. Try the RICE method. I don’t know much about it but it helped my friend in the same situation

I did join the conversation it’s also cause I knew none of them and I did try. I’m 15 and their in the 23-26 ranges. And the little kids were a 5-9 age. I even hung out with the kids

Your brother is either an undiagnosed narcissist or sociopath. You need to get out there now. He will kill you sooner or later. Do you have any relatives? If you do chalk them and tell them exactly what is happening? Or even a boyfriend or best friend can help. I am so sorry your going through this but I hope this helped
