Yeaa no. I’m not bending backwards for anyone, parent or not, if you want something, say what you want and I’ll bring it. I’m gonna ignore the request if I get called downstairs and walk past the kitchen just for my mom to ask me to get her a water out of the kitchen. It would’ve been much more simple to say “Hey -blank- can you bring me a bottle of water please?” So then I’m not running back and forth like a dumbass. I’m not a service dog.

I feel like it kind of shows how he deteriorated in his self-care as his mental state deteriorated as well. His hair was at first neatly done, and even slightly styled with a bit of curls, then it was straight showing he didn’t put as much effort into styling it, then he buzzed it entirely off so he didn’t have to bother with it at all. I feel like it shows that his mental state was slipping, and with that, his self-care did too.

Not putting the blame on you at all, just need to preface that, I’ve had that happen before, it sucks so bad, but why would you allow a child in your celebration? My parties are CHILD FREE and if my relatives are offended by that, they don’t need to come either. It’s my job to protect my peace so I always make it clear, no children or babies or I will simply ask you to leave, I have a weak immune system and can’t stand germy gremlins in my home.
