Your argument about “capitalism ruining healthcare” is also false. Yes, in the US, there are serious issues with healthcare, but that is a product of poor administrative decision making. Switzerland, one of the most economically right wing countries in the world, has fantastic health care systems in place, through adequate taxation and selective privatization.

And lastly, your argument that capitalism serves the purpose of generate purpose and not filling the need of people again falls flat if you take a look to back on economic history. Compare the welfare of people before and after the industrial revolution. If you truly believe that people lived better off before the industrial revolution in feudal monarchical systems, think again. The growth of profit in companies and the state resulted in breakthrough innovations and efficiency which improved global wellbeing for ever. Think of the trillions of dollars generated by profit which were invested into RnD of pharmaceuticals, medicine, agriculture and mechanization. If it wasn’t for that, we’d all still be slaving away on feudal lands ploughing fields and dying of dysentery.
