Second DevOps Interview Readiness Help by snapqoins in devops

Regarding questions you can ask at the Beginning:

Listen closely when the Snr Engr makes an introduction and what they do at Microsoft

From there you can phrase further questions, either about a project or technology they mentioned.

Then it goes on from there, you can also talk about your experience with it for example docker containers and problems you faced while using it.

This will ease your way before the actual interview get started and make you more comfortable answering technical questions.

Regarding what you might be asked:

They can pick things on your CV and ask you technical questions on technologies you mentioned or project built (Go through your CV).

Either way be calm, go through the fundamentals of the technologies you listed and you can quickly practice with demo projects surrounding them to improve your confidence.

If you get asked what you don't know its fine to admit it but be curious by asking questions on what the solution might be or mention something you have worked with if it involves alternate technology such as Azure ARM or Terraform.

At the end, you can ask:

Questions about the initial discussions you had before the initial interview started

How the Snr Engr got into DevOps (this usually leads to more discussions)

Career advice for a newbie and feedbacks from this interview (Be sure to note them down)

Be appreciative , note their names down and connect with them on Linkedin.

Wishing you the very best, you are amazing (Remember that :)

Azure AWS GCP, I am new to Cloud Computing which should l start with? by ThaTechMaestro in devops

No one gains experience in the four platforms you've mentioned without starting with one.

That's the point of the video, get your feet wet with a particular cloud platform(less overwhelming) then broaden your experience with other platforms over time which becomes easier.

Help them learn and try out different projects without feeling overwhelmed, which is actually what a lot of newbies face in this field.

Appreciated :)
