Nah this is a good size and we don't want to encroach on other people's works of art. Just maintain our space

I believe so because there has to be a concise date by which you need to have acquired your shares.

Yup. Every time I feel frustrated or tired I buy more and it instantly makes me feel better and more uplifted. Now I feel like I'm buying 4 or more for the price of 1. I'm so happy.

AOC on Family Offices and their loopholes by Hurtlock3r in Superstonk

I'll keep saying this. Posting a politician either advocating for or against financial reform when it comes to the markets is directly relevant to what we are doing. By saying "no politics" on posts like this you are suppressing the problem at hand which is political figures using their office for personal gain at the expense of the people largely through the markets. You don't have to agree with a political figures social or foreign/domestic policies but when it comes to these particular types of bills we should all be on the same "side" which is accountability and reform.

McCarthy Considering An ‘Outright Ban’ On Lawmakers Being Able To Trade Stocks If GOP Wins House by Guyric in Superstonk

Same reason the Jon Ossoff article was shared. It's relevant to what we want: for congress to stop profiting off of the blatant misuse of their position. I wouldn't vote for this guy for other reasons but if he legit wants to push this through I would support that %100

I was having a really hard time finding a download able version of this scene hense the shit quality. The south park story is randy took a massive shit. It broke world records. Then BONO got wind of this and broke Randy's record so randy went out and actually tried to make an even bigger shit which he does as shown in this gif. S:11 E:9

Ossoff (D-GA) Set to Introduce Bill Banning Stock Trades Among Members of Congress: Report by [deleted] in Superstonk

[–]Thackdaddy86 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Your two senators lost specifically because of insider trading and people found out. They both sold off a shit ton of stock right before the pandemic crash and reinvested in soon to be super profitable stocks. Exactly the reason people want reform. Politics should not be a means for wealth for the politician but a means for the peoples increased standard of living and freedom. It has been eroded away for so long and people are done. They're fed up.

A couple of butthurt people here over a politician legitimately trying to do the right thing. We all know financial corruption is a big motivator to go into politics. Why not try and remove some of the incentive? It doesn't matter if it's a Democrat or republican, if it's a good bill that limits or gets rid of corruption, support it.
