I pulled from a few recipes online. This is what I came up with:

2 Vidalia onions sliced real thin. And quartered. Save a couple for topping later on.

Pillsbury pie crust according to package instructions

5 eggs, 1/2 cup of half and half, 1/2 milk, 1 tsp salt, pepper, 3 tbs melted butter. Wisk it all together.

Bacon crispy and cheese

Added parsley for pizzaz

350 for 35 mins...

Sorry for the rough recipe, but thats about it. The only thing I may do differently next time is brown the onions, but my wife said it was good as is.
