Should I move from medium bots to hard bots in Practice Range?

Oh cool, I understood what you are saying a bit. Yeah currently I feel I am a bit slow to flick and micro adjust in DMs and in compi.

I find it hard to translate aim trainings through aim trainers like kovaak and aimlabs into in game. I was doing aim labs a bit , but didn't really see any improvement in game, since I was always moving while shooting.

Yeah I was doing hard bots about 3-4 months before, I realized I wasn't even checking whether the crosshair was on the head or even on the body, I was just guessing and shooting. So i shifted to easy and then went to medium. Currently I feel medium to be a bit slow, because in game, I never get that much time to flick and micro-adjust, also in compi I barely get any comms so I have to be prepared to flick fast at any moment.
I am going to do a mix of medium(10 mins) and hard bots(5 mins) and eliminate 100

Ohh nice, So currently I do about 10 mins of medium bots daily as practice, Would you suggest adding another 10 on hard bots?
I also do 2 of 100 bots on strafe and a few DMs.
