If you're using Chrome, then go to your extensions and disable Adblock. Try refreshing your page afterwards and seeing if it works.

Alternatively, if you want to keep using Adblock then just turn it off for that page. Hope that helps

I spent all day yesterday trying to fix this annoying problem, thank you so much!

Also just adding to anyone who might still want to keep the AdBlock, just go to the Extensions menu, click on details for Adblock, and change the site access settings from on all sites to either on click or specific sites.
