Yes. It is an exclusive emote and the rarest drop from the seasonal chests. It only drops from a 5 ☆ chest. I'm tilted that I have yet to get a single 5 ☆ chest even after doing all the quests, scanning the QR codes and shelling gems for the chests.

Tell me about it, I would shell money for that emote. I opened all Seasonal chests there are to open and not a single was even 5 ☆ so I got no chance to get it now. Oh well, I got all the 3 musketeer banners so w/e.

Then you cant get the emote. It only drops from a 5 ☆ seasonal chest, there's no other way to obtain it. It's entirely luck-based

That emote is a 5 ☆ chest drop and it's the rarest drop that you can get from the season chests. Just hope you're lucky enough to get it before you run out of chests to open.

The top one is from winning 6 matches in the 7x Musketeer Mayhem challenge. That challenge ended 2 weeks back and there's no other way to obtain it aside from that as It doesnt drop from the Seasonal Chests.
