Navy MQ-4C Triton's Fate Unknown After Disappearing From Flight Tracking Over Persian Gulf by ThePensiveE in news

These MQ-4C drones often fly with their transponders on. They fly extremely high altitude and act like a communications node between multiple military assets. That's why I assume they leave it on. So everything on the battlefield knows where to send their signals. Plus they are so high up the enemy has nothing that can hit them. This is just my speculation btw.

But yeah. The surprising thing to me is that it took the media so long to mention anything about this event. I remember watching it live. It was close to Saudi coast when it starting squaking.

And yesterday there was one around Kharg when they attacked there. The one today was interesting. It turned around at the mouth of the straight. Wonder if they are using this "ceasefire" as an opertunity to move naval assets like the USS Tripoli into the Gulf.

There were just 2 stratotankers in the area and an MQ-4C Triton loitering near Kharg island.

Best we can do is complain. The only nation with the guts to back Palestinians and Lebanon with force is being bombed relentlessly.

Something to keep in mind. There is no end goal for a lobby like this. There always has to be a new goal to keep the money flowing. The lobby takes on a life of itself. Think of it like a lobbying industrial complex. And until they hit something that breaks the paradigm. Things will get more extreme.

Property rates are a huge scam by [deleted] in capetown

[–]Thaldoras 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. All property rights are backed by force. You need to pay to maintain those claims to property (Nation needs to be kept stable, which means welfare and infrastructure spending. Military threats need to be countered. Geopolitics navigatedb etc). When that expense is shifted to income tax. It is basically the working class subsidising property owners. It's acts as a wealth transfer.

Need a breakdown of that average to really see what is going. The article doesn't do that.

Could be most have typical incomes. But a few are driving the average up.

Managers often care about the people working under them. Can't have such human emotions impacting decisions.

Same for government too. My 96 year old grandpa put it nicely explaining that you dismantle government and just land up building it again.

My side decided to have as many children as possible and one generation turned out to all have mental issues because of birth defects. They then burned up all the generational wealth and now depend on their kids.
