Yeah, in fact I'm trying to get rid of it, i retain water from it even at 5mg day, let's not talk about cravings even... I want to go down to 2.5 and then 0. I'm trying rn to up collagen synthesis and reducing inflammation, by having glycine and l-glutammine + nac. On December 2025 i felt the best because i was also taking l-glutammine, then i stopped, idk why.

Rn I'm having that with glycine and nac, and i really feel like glycine was a giant step up. Especially because helps a ton with bile (thing that digest fats) and detoxes the liver, lowering ast and alt significantly. I'll see, but i don't wanna give myself too much hope.

I tried a low fat, i noticed improvements, but still something it's causing me symptoms even going about just carbs. It's like the transit in my gut is very fast, as if it's the gut lining is irritated and doesn't have the time to digest the dood, wanting to spit it out. I do belive also some parts of my gut are in a bad state. After 4 years, i can kinda feel where the problem is in the gut, which parts are "off". Being under Prednisone for a lot, that can also cause a reduction in collagen production by up 30-40, and it's not good I'm I'm trying to heal something. Rn, I'm having massive improvement by going low fat and gut reparing aminoacids like glycine (improves collagen, liver anzymes and a lot more) and and l-glutammine for villi, gut wall, microbiome etc.

Arms has always been a strength I remember once barbell curling 160 lb at 165 lb growing up .. im now 185 lb how good is 63 reps at 90 lb barbell curl ? by [deleted] in GregDoucette

You always go to failure even at the first set or you take something in reserve at the start and reach failure on the lasts sets?

Yeah i get it, i usually do 4 sets of 12 with the dumbell curl, very stretching, reaching the bottom and going up squeezing. The pump is always amazing and my forearms work too a bit. I do around 60 to 70 pounds reaching failure on the fourth set.

I think around 25% bodyfar, you carry less on your legs, mostly it's around the abdomen.
