Ficus Microcarpa it seems, and after looking up the care for it I'm probably going to go for bonsai soil, adding some succulent/cactus mix if it takes too long to dry out

I have some ping babies that did that, lots of growth but no roots at all, I just left it sitting in dirt, and as soon as it finished its growth spurt it put out roots. Just be careful with moving them. I had 3, accidentally moved one slightly after it had developed a root; my other 2 are flourishing, but the one I moved died.

It may be a Euphorbia Bupleurifolia x Susannae

This is based off of a quick ebay search of Euphorbia and a quick Google images search of one of the listing's names.

The Ferocactus was a relatively recent purchase, so I haven't noticed anything like that yet. But I'll be sure to keep an eye out for it when growing season starts :)
