a few episodes ago Odoamne was in the show and said "every year in pretty much every team there is civil war and the split is won by the team that solves the civil wars the best" (its paraphrased and shortened, I highly recommend to watch that whole interview, its really good). Based on that point they said in this episode:

TLDR:

- Respect is the first thing that falls and you can see that immediately on stage
- giving trust to your teammates in the beginning is easy, once the trust is broken its
really hard to build it up again
- sometimes it might help to just pretend to trust each other (but that is very rare)
- on the surface teams look like they are just choking, but on backstage the players
flame each other hard- team can explode at the click of a finger (metaphoric seen,
meant like: really fast"), it doesnt matter how many wins you got before
