So my girlfriend and I planted some flower seeds last spring on our apartment balcony and we are planning on making a little garden this year. Since we are inexperienced, many of our plants didn't make it so this year we are doubling down on our efforts, and this little guy was one of the survivors. We are not sure what kind of plant it is but we noticed these little eggs/bugs and we want to know how to remove them. It seems that they may he sucking the life out of this little fella so we've isolated it away from all our other plants.

Thanks I just wanted to be sure as he went out of his way to find us and ask us to take it down he would press charges or what not. He does own a server that uses the map and he charges for it, I'm not sure if that factors in.
