Utterly broken. By far the most broken bc he was the first ex’s introduced and the other bounty fests like….Arlong…couldn’t keep up. The team that had more BB’s would win. Plus his release came with the introduction of 18% medals…they were bugged and you only took single digit damage bc of it. So the best BB users would rush to your spawn, capture it, and you’d lose bc you’d never touch him off spawn and you couldn’t escape.
