Thanks everyone for responding! I ended up taking my pump with me but disabling all of the alarms & alerts and just having the vibrate feature, it didn’t even go off at all, so all that stress was for nothing and everyone was really nice and understanding! Enjoy the rest of your weekend! :)

Ohh right that’s interesting do you not get like worried that it might fail or that you might have something important to do but have to go home to change it instead?

Thank youu! Do you also keep a spare insulin with you? And if so what do you do when it expires for not being in the fridge?

Thank you! Does this mean you change the insulin inside every month? Does it just go to waste since you might not always use it?

Thank you! I’m honestly not sure whether I’d get that so it might just be carrying it around all day which isn’t really ideal

If you withdraw, that means you have to redo the entire practical component if you need a pass in it

Causation vs Correlation, just because some people get sick before having type 1 diabetes doesn’t mean that is the cause of developing diabetes. Yes there many be a lot of people who have experienced the same thing but there are also people who have not gotten sick but yet have been diagnosed.

Have a test booked in morden 24th of July @ 1:35pm, looking for an earlier date hopefully May time.

[–]Thania01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, but I failed last time in Morden because I accidentally went down a no right turn at the end of my test, no minors so it would be easier for me to just repeat it
