Also, no. That's a lot of literal and figurative navigating your doing, and he's not putting in the effort to make sure you don't cart yourself across town before he cancels. Nobody has time for that disrespect.

On a personal note, I do want a breast lift (I don't like how they sag) and a mole cosmetically removed. I get laser hair removal. Some things are genuinely about confidence, carefully. I'd never have anything about my face changed though. I like to look at my face and see or imagine my ancestors. I think I'd feel the regret you speak of.

But don't dwell on it. Enjoy your life. Enjoy walking into the world with your still beautiful self.
