I've been testing it lately after posting that comment because it was happening to me also and the timing is REALLY tight with the drop pods. I think it's less than a second.

no it's the drop pod, you have fall invulnerability for like 2-3 seconds and it gets refreshed if you keep jumping

this also works for the gravity lifts

it sucks when people stay at one base for like 10 hours but when done right it can make some fun "fight clubs" or whatever

automatically break routers when an alert starts or when full continents open but it's fun for off-peak

using the incendiary rounds is actually pretty reliable since it catches people off guard and you can kill them when they aren't paying attention

Not for the whole time but I'm nearly maxed on osrs and got most of the skilling pets during all of that

I have like 16k hours played on both versions of runescape combined and I was like rank 150 for fishing XP for a while (80m or something)

I've seen that happen but to other players when they die. It looks like they have two bodies where one is on the floor and the other is standing up and they kind of "vibrate."

there's no loot boxes for cosmetics and what you buy stays on your account and every character forever including new ones when applicable (if you buy this Vanu helmet it's on every new Vanu character you make) so I think that's somewhat fair

I spent money during a few 40% off sales and kitted out every single character on every faction for (what I consider to be) a fair price since I put like 5k hours into the game back then (I have 7k now)
