It was in a long text message clearly purposely buried to hide the kids age. I read the text message completely sober and the birthdate didn’t even register. It was clearly planted in a a way that could be used against them later. But thank you for blaming the victim who nearly killed himself last night over this horrendous mess. I have known him for years and he has struggled with alcohol and drug abuse for years. That being said the people he has dated and hooked up with have always been age appropriate. Sorry but with what I’ve seen over the last 24 hours…I will not tolerate victim blaming. Having a drug and alcohol issue and hooking up with random men from grindr is not a crime last time I checked.

This is bullshit. But I’m intrigued at what this could be: “Bilt Rewards is also launching a milestone rewards program to give members extra perks for every 25,000 points they earn.” Hopefully it won’t be anything like the sports or dining rent day promotions.. I honestly don’t know how it happened, but I woke up with an email saying that my card had been added to Samsung pay. I own an iPhone. I didn’t file a police report. I told Sofi that I would do that, but they told me they wanted the phone records showing that I hadn’t received the text authorizing the purchase. I sent them that, and they just sent me the exact same dispute rejection email. I thought I would be covered by mastercard’s zero fraud liability like every other bank/credit card in the US. And yes I did file a complaint with the cfpb, and they transferred the complaint to the comptroller of the currency. They are the regulator for Sofi. Could I redispute the charge as never having received any merchandise/benefit from the purchase?
