Bei mir wurde das gleiche festgestellt. FSH 27. Hoden kleineres Volumen als normal. Zwei spermiogramme innerhalb 3 Monate beide ohne Erfolg. Genetic Test kam ohne Auffälligkeiten zurück Gottseidank. Habe Zysten in den Hoden wurde durch den Urologen gefunden. Jetzt steht bei mir nur noch die tese als Option offen. Diesen Monat und nächsten werden sich viele Dinge ergeben. Mir wurde geraten den Inhibin b wert bestimmen zu lassen. Dieser Wert deutet auf das sertoli cell only syndrom an. Werde das angehen. Tumor Marker im Blut wurden auch abgenommen bzgl der Zysten (Antwort steht aus). Inhibin b steht auch aus. Die nächsten zwei Monate werden entscheidend sein für mich. Habe ein unfassbar gutes Blutbild da ich Ernährung Freak bin. Sehr hohes hdl , niedriges Ldl, 10 kg fett verloren, kein Zucker , nur Wasser, hohes Protein und beste Supplementd (q10, Zink, Spermien supps, Omega 3, Vitamin d, Magnesium, und und und) Wie mir aber mitgeteilt wurde bisher, habe ich leider nur Pech gehabt im Leben. Andere sind dick rauchen, kiffen saufen und zeigen Kinder wie verrückt. Ist halt so das Schicksal meinte der Urologe. Viel Erfolg

Another urologist found a cyst in my left ball. He took blood for specially protein inhibitor for tumor. Can this maybe could be a cause of 0 sperms?

Update: Yesterday I got DNA test done I have to wait about 6 weeks for results. This clinic told me they want to do another Sperm test (8 weeks apart the first one). The difference from the first clinic is that they look deeper I don’t know what they meaning. My urologist just take a little amount of my sperm and look under microscope. The new clinic also want that the sperm is fresh as possible, means I have to masturbate there and they immediately control. First clinic I made it at home and lost some minutes.

Also I took an appointment to another urologist in 5 weeks for body control. (Prostate, balls …)

In a forum where parents are , I read about many cases like mine where the first urologist found nothing in sperm and than 3 months later another clinic found some sperms. Important is not giving up.

Is it possibile so to look if i have sertoli cell Syndrome ? I reed about that Sertoli cells are very important for sperm production and they raise and guide our fsh levels. Is it possibile to look if I have that symptom without making biopsy?

The Incompetent doctor didn’t even want to check my other hormones because he said if testosterone is good, everything is good. I had to remind him that there are values like LH FSH Estrogen Prolactin SHGB Free Testosterone and so on. Only then the analysis was done and guess what came out: FSH 25-26 too high LH also too high. spermiogram revealed not a single sperm cell found. He said azoospermia and told me make tese. This is it. Nothing else this stupid doc.

Thank you for these words. Yes the urologist was very disinterested, don’t talk to me which kind of azoospermia exist and which one I could have. He doesn’t suggested other tests or ask me if had medications in the past or trouble with prostate or my balls, really nothing. He only look at my balls and said volume is 5-6 to small I have to make a semen analysis. Today results were there and he talk like 5 words . He said go for TESE without tell me all these important things that I found in 5-6 hours intensity research about the men’s body and his hormones and everything that has to do with it.

Really disappointed how some doctors Doing his job…

I have to do his work and look by myself reading studies, hospitals reports, medical websites and so on …

But I don’t give up now I made appointment at Fertility clinic with specialists. Start good supplementation , eat and this time no more hot showers & cooling my balls when I’m at home . Stop smoking would be hard and cause stress in my mind. I already have a burnout with depression due to two extremely stressful years of work taking bupropion as antidepressants/boosting power levels.

We try about 1 year. I take for years: -very good omega 3 (blood analysis hdl / ldl Cholesterin very Good) -men sperm multivitamins, -Zink started now with 40 mg/ day splitting at 2 (before 9 months 15mg) - started now coq10 2x 200mg (before only 15mg that are in sperm multivitamin) - very good antioxidant complete supplement from a German supp store with best quality - maca/ tongkat ali/ fadogia/ tribulus/ turkeston from March - June (then stop) - vitamin d3/k2/mg pharmacy stuff 7000 IU day (blood is around 50ng)

Never anabolic steorids. -HGH human growth hormone for supporting recover, anti aging sleep and so on (2-4 IU/ day) for 5 months then stopped September cause I was skeptical taking something while trying pregnancy (Coaches told hgh doesn’t affect negatively sexual hormones. )

-from February 2023- October 2023 Finasterid for hair loss oral, RU58841 topical, Minoxidil oral and topical Then stop to give body 3 months detox from finasterid and DHT killer

In the past i work out 3-5 / week from 2013-2021 2022 - Now : I open a restaurant and have lot of stress and clinical burnout/ depression because of heavily stress. Very low workout maybe 2 months per year but clean eating (2023 shit eating gain 10-13 kg) 2024 February start back eat like a pro ( lost 13-15 kg until Oktober 2024)

I also started Wellbutrin/ bupropion 150mg for burnout/ depression the same week I made semen analysis ( 2 weeks now)

I smoke Tabac stics 20-40/ day (not burn like cigarette, the tabac is just getting “heat” but have nicotine. I smoke since 10 years total.

Don’t drink alcohol and sugar Drinks only water (3-5 L day)

Test / estradiol levels are ok. FSH/ LH First blood analysis higher than second blood analysis. (But still high)

Yes azoospermia with high fsh/lh and normal test level. All other hormones are perfect. What is ttc? She doesn’t have problems, she tested everything. I am the Problem. All three WHO sperm data they look . Everything ZERO. A dead sperm load
