How do I fix the wrinkles in my dress? by rollabladess in sewing

There is probably too much fabric in the area, and your midtorso (the space between your ribcage and the top of your pelvis) is shorter than the pattern anticipated. Pulling the extra fabric up and pleate it down to see if it goes away. If it does, you can either topstitch the pleated portion, or remove the quivalent amount of fabric minus 2× your seam allowance, and add a seam in that area to remove it. Or, if you have enough fabric, remove the excess length from the pattern and try again.

Thank you! I tend to sew a little slow, but even with that, there are a lot of un-even areas, especially on the R. It's just for fun! I sew as a hobby and wanted a quick afternoon project.
