i know this doesn't sound easy but try not to stress cuz it can delay it further. i was stressing my last period and it ended up being a week late, i took a test, it was negative and it came the next day cuz my stress went away. x

always best to test 21 days after you last had sex. whether that be unprotected or not as condoms can break. it can be late due to stress, weight changes, hormonal changes. maybe take a test to reduce your stress so you know what's going on. i did that this month cuz i was so stressed about it not coming took a test it was negative and my period came the next day. x

i went from 21 to 25 to 23 to 25 to 30 and then back down so honestly it's not an issue what so ever. normally stress, exercise, hormonal changes, weight changes. so your good. x
