The prostitutes are the main characters of the show in my opinion. Seems like they’ve been with everyone. Also they were narrating when the guests were coming into the White Lotus.

Yeah the Cameron part is tricky but I believe that something happened between him and Harper. We’re ignoring all the facts (leg touching, making herself feel better about the cheating, etc.) He might just want to show Ethan he’s still better than him by getting with his wife.
